Damodar has been associated with the corporate sector for over 35 years and have been CEO of many large multi-location Industrial units in India. He has been actively associated in mentoring and supporting startups and young innovators through his voluntary services for various prestigious initiatives/Grant Programs sponsored by various Governmental/ Developmental Agencies/ Trade and Industry Bodies in his capacity as advisor/jury member/Mentor. He has also remained associated with various Universities/institutions to make students Industry ready by bridging the skill gaps in the area of digital Technologies.
